Origin of MyMarketing

It all started by working with a programmer to develop a simple script to data merge contact info and profile images into a one page newsletter to then be exported out as individual PDFs saved using their unique email addresses as the document filename for ease of digital distribution.

What followed was a series of media service offerings the production of which were streamlined based on the success of the Indesign data merge and programming back-end of the newsletter project.

We started with what I called PPPs "Personalize Promotional Posts"; they were simple, square format still images (mostly seasonal posts) that auto-populated the realtor's contact info to be download for posting on Facebook and Instagram, 

This evolved into the creation/generation of a suite of listing posts and a printable PDF for each active listing. As successes were made--realtors using the PPP and Listing posts on a daily bases--I suggested that if we could offer one suite, we could probably offer a second and distinctly designed suite within the same portal. The ball got rolling from then on by my ability to modify the templates to accept co-branding when applicable, fully customized suites, the introduction of suites pulling multiple images from MLS, suites not only for just residential but also, land and commercial properties (working with the programmer to find solutions to do so, as well as altering the media size options (standard IG square or IG stories) all under the MyMarketing umbrella.

Through the company virtual office (intranet) page users sign-in with their personal identification and would personalized their experience through their business and transaction data, as well as their marketing materials.  

This enabled myself and the programmer to create/generate a suite of listing posts and a printable PDF for each active listings they had. As successes were made: realtors using the posts on a daily bases we opened up the services offers to two distinctly designed post suites, suites that offered inclusions of co-branding, full customized suites, addition of Adwerx ad templates, multiple image suites, land and commercial suites, media size options (standard IG square or IG stories) all under the MyMarketing umbrella.

Refinement of process launched other automated projects as well as personalized mass email
communications for Charities program and Event invitations that required personalized messaging
plus accompanied post images for the recipients.
